I thought to create this topic and who wants to write his positive and negative effects of using RC on himself .

For me from the perspective of time and taking RC( only stimulants and euphorics ) for about 5 years this has changed:

- I stopped shying away from people and my self-esteem increased tremendously ( even in a sober state )
- I got stronger!!! I'm sure most of you will say this is impossible but my body is probably unique because after every test I started eating only meat, started exercising and was able to do this every day for a month
- I started to RAP ( detox after the tests is also to blame, you get bored and this helped me not to think about the next batch )

I don't feel any negative effects )

I only test if I have samples otherwise I'm clean
