We began the prize draw in September, but unfortunately, we encountered a large number of fake registrations. Several winners we selected either used email addresses that no longer exist, have not responded to our messages for over two weeks, or refused to provide their Dopal username for public verification.

Unfortunately, some people believed that registering under dozens of different email addresses would increase their chances of winning. As a result, we’ve had to manually review and filter hundreds of suspicious entries where there was a clear risk of fraud.

The goal of our giveaway is to reward real, independent participants who we can surprise with free products — in exchange for their honest feedback about us and our products on the forum.

To maintain the credibility and fairness of the giveaway, we have introduced the following rules:

- There can be only one winner per country.

- We can only ship prizes within Europe.

- Your registration must have been made within the timeframe mentioned in the newsletter.

- You must be a verified and active Dopal forum member since at least May 2025.

- By participating, you agree that if you are selected, your Dopal username will be published, and you will share a short review of your experience with us and our products.

Any winners who failed to respond or who appear to have submitted fraudulent entries will be replaced with new winners.

- The date and email address you used to register on our webshop

- Your Dopal username
