Hey everyone, this is trip report of my second experience with HXE which occurred last night. I am male, 21, 160lbs. I have a good amount of experience with the dissociative class across many different compounds, as well as a range of psychedelics. The first time I tried HXE was in 2 small doses and mixed with 2F-DCK later into the trip so I did not get a great understanding of what HXE's effects are, but I could feel that it had a great potential. After a couple unsatisfying experiences with DMXE, I was really hoping to fing an \_XE compound I could fall in love with.

I took my first dose of 40mg at 7:00pm, and began to feel some effects by 7:40. No intense dissociation, just feeling very relaxed. I had worked earlier in the day and could feel the HXE starting to relieve some of the aches in my body. Me an my housemate were in our backyard listening to music, Porter Robinsons Nurture album (not as a good as Worlds but I don't think anything will be) and Dr. Fresch's chill hop album he released under the name Fred Thurst. Music sounded deeper, but definitely not the same level of immersion as psychedelics. He did not take HXE and I was able to hold a conversation well as I don't HXE to be very potent. I remember feeling incredibly relaxed and happy when looking up at the sky and the tree in the yard, feeling a deep appreciation just to be alive and be able to have the life I have lived so far.

By 9:30 it was starting to get dark so I went inside and took 50mg redose as I wanted to see what effects HXE had at higher doses. This next dose was far more dissociating and my body felt much lighter. I watched the movie "Captain Fantastic", which I had seen once before but my housemate had never seen. Its a fantastic movie detailing the absurdity of the society we have created for ourselves. The main idea I got out of it is that there is no one way that we should lead our lives, everyone is just trying to figure out how to lead the best life we can. The western concept of house-wife-car-job as the ultimate goal is only one way to go, there aren't any rules defining how you should lead your life and raise a family. The culture we have of mass consumption to feel good is absolute crap, learning and having experiences should be the goal we strive for.

I was still fairly dissociated by 1:30am, so I would say HXE lasts around 3-4 hours, considering I redosed fairly early after my first one. I was able to fall asleep without benzos by 2:30.

HXE is the most forgiving and relaxing disso I have personally tried, I had one thought that it is the phenethylamine of dissos as it is not overly intense and gives a great appreciation for life itself. All hole soldiers should give HXE a try, I am sure you will enjoy it!
