I wrote in this (then?) partnered vendors thread after I placed and paid for order, I got tracking in a one time reply from the vendor, but now i cant see his thread and no partnered vendor anymore, and no explanation either.
Last update on the tracking is to a place where all packages that get to this place, gets 100% delivered the very next day. This was a week ago and no contact from law enforcement, no update or status on the shipping provider, and no contact from seller. 
RiP? Amount was less than 10g, dont want to name country but any advice is it is seized AND IF they act on it? And is the vendor gone from partner?
